Mrs. Grishina is responsible for all the firm’s global finance functions, as well as investor relations, internal audit and human resources. Mrs. Grishina joined Renaissance Capital in 2006 as Finance Director and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in June 2013. Prior to joining Renaissance, she worked at Ernst & Young for four years as Finance Director. She also held various positions in finance at Arthur Andersen in 1994-2002, until its merger with Ernst & Young. Mrs. Grishina holds a degree in Finance Management from the Russian State Humanitarian University (1998).
