Bio

Mrs. Vyshlova is responsible for all operational matters of Renaissance Capital and leads the Firm's infrastructure projects, including African expansion. She also participates in business development across all product lines. Mrs. Vyshlova joined the Firm in November 1997 as Database Maintenance Clerk. She has held various positions in Risk Management, Treasury and Operations until she was named Head of Operations in 2003. In 2006 she took the position of Chief Operating Officer and managing director at Renaissance Capital. She graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University, faculty of Applied Mathematics.
