Mr. Atul Gupta carries the overall responsibility for maintaining strategic relationships with key corporate clients and high net worth individuals (HNI's) across the group. Also as a member of the Board of Directors for various operating businesses he is responsible for governance and providing strategic direction to these businesses. In addition to this he is also responsible for managing the arbitrage business of the group. He has an overall experience of more than 22 years in the Financial Services industry. Prior to joining Religare, he was part of Pisces Industries Limited and held several key positions from 1994 to 1999. He graduated with a degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi and is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. As one of the key founding team members, under his leadership and guidance over the years, the Company has established a meaningful presence in the financial services industry.
