David Clark joined Raymond James in 2009. Prior to joining Raymond James, he was a managing director at Lane, Berry & Co. International. Previously, Mr. Clark was a director at UBS Warburg in the global industrial group. Mr. Clark has completed numerous M&A advisory, debt, equity and restructuring transactions. Prior to UBS Warburg, Mr. Clark worked for Dillon, Read & Co. and at Bank of Boston Corporation. Mr. Clark received his MBA from the Darden School in 1997 and his Bachelor of Arts in economics from Harvard College in 1989.
