Harri joined ProMan in 2013 as a partner and manages transaction projects. Harri has a Master of Science in Business and Economics. Before joining ProMan, Harri worked for over 10 years as CFO in VAASAN Group, which was during that time owned by the private equity companies EQT, CapVest and Lion Capital. He has also worked 3 years as the CFO in Cultor Group`s speciality sweetener business in London, and before that in several senior financial positions in Cultor Group and in Finnsugar Group. He has also been a board member for more than 20 companies in Finland, Nordic and Baltic countries. Harri has been responsible for several domestic and international mergers, acquisitions and financing arrangements.
