Christopher Hargrove is Chairman and CEO at Professional Bank Services, Inc. (“PBS”) and is also the Director of the Investment Banking Division. Mr. Hargrove is the President of InvestmentBank Services, Inc., which is PBS’ broker/dealer subsidiary. Mr. Hargrove’s primary responsibility is in the areas of mergers, acquisitions, and financial planning for clients. Mr. Hargrove has represented over 400 institutions as their investment banker and advisor since 1985 and is a frequent speaker on seminars regarding mergers, acquisitions, and capital planning. Mr. Hargrove has a M.A. and B.B.A. degree in Finance.
