Vygandas JÅ«ras has over 18 years of work experience in finance and consulting related fields: investment management and investment banking, M&A, corporate restructurings, private equity, accounting and auditing. As an Associate Partner at Prime Investment, Vygandas is responsible for telecommunications, technology and financial sectors. Prior to this position, he headed the Baltic Branch of MP Bank, an Icelandic investment banking group, and before that, held a position of the Director of Strategic development and research department at the largest Lithuanian telecommunications company TEO LT, where he was in charge of M&A and strategic R&D projects. Vygandas was a partner at BaltCap Management and served on the boards of several portfolio enterprises. Prior to BaltCap, Vygandas was a corporate finance manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers and a senior auditor with Deloitte & Touche in Vilnius. Earlier, while at KPMG/Barents Group in Washington DC, he worked on international accounting projects in Moldova, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. Vygandas holds a BA in Political Science from Macalester College, USA and an MSc in Management from the University of Management and Economics (ISM), Lithuania.
