Lane Gordon is Co-Founder and Co-Managing Director at Preston Todd Advisors and has spent the last 10 years specializing in mergers and acquisitions. He was also co-founder and President of MerchantPortfolios.com where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions in the payments and financial technology industries. Prior to that, Mr. Gordon served in various executive capacities including CEO of GRASP Information Systems, a market research firm which he founded and which was acquired by the A.C. Nielsen Co., and Director of US Strategy and Development for a French multinational. Mr. Gordon had also built a successful real estate development firm in the Greater Boston area. Mr. Gordon is responsible for client and new opportunity development. He holds a Masters Degree (M.S.) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as well as a B.S. from Carnegie Mellon University. He is fluent in French, Spanish and Portuguese.
