Adam Hark is Co-Founder and Co-Managing Director at Preston Todd Advisors. Mr. Hark's 10 years of success in advising M&A transactions draw on his prior skills as a successful real estate developer and turnaround specialist. In 2007 Mr. Hark co-founded MerchantPortfolios.com whose core business is brokering merchant processing portfolios and payments processing enterprises. He specializes in consulting and advisory services in the electronic payments sector, as well as valuations for payments processing portfolios. Mr. Hark's valuation work has been used by clients for everything ranging from tax assessment and probate issues to acquisition and/or liquidation needs. He is often retained by investment banks and other institutional investors to assist them in payments industry portfolio valuation. Mr. Hark is responsible for client development, strategic planning and directing the research team at Preston Todd Advisors. He holds a Bachelor's of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Vermont.
