Nick Berry has been an investment banker for nearly 20 years and is integrally involved in all aspects of PB&W’s investment banking services. Nick has served as a trusted advisor to Boards of Directors and management teams of corporations pursuing sell-side and buy-side M&A, fairness opinions and corporate valuations. Nick has experience in numerous market sectors including aerospace (commercial, business jet and general aviation), defense (electronics, ISR, systems, components, hardware, software, etc), industrial (components, controls, electromechanical, electronics, systems, etc.), government services (ISR, software, engineering services, IT & technical support), commercial (consumer packaged goods, logistics, agriculture) and healthcare. Nick leads co-heads PB&W’s Aerospace, Defense and Government Services practice and is highly knowledgeable in defense procurement, budgets and industry trends. He has advised on over 40 merger and acquisition transactions over his career. He also provides litigation support to major law firms on issues related to mergers, acquisitions and buyouts of shareholders. Nick is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Appalachian State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Banking from the John A. Walker College of Business.
