Dave McMahon is a Co-Founder and Managing Director at Pax Capital Partners. Dave has an extensive background working with internet, software, and technology-enabled service companies as an investment banker, private equity investor, and company operator. Prior to Pax, Dave was an investor at Accel-KKR, a $4 billion growth equity firm, where he was responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing investments into privately-held software companies. Dave also worked as the CFO and COO of Zamplebox, a direct-to-consumer ecommerce subscription business. Dave was previously a Director at Alkali Partners, a technology-focused investment bank, where he advised technology companies on M&A and capital raising transactions. Dave started his career at Arbor Advisors, where he helped emerging growth and technology companies raise capital and find the right acquirer. In another life, Dave would have been a professional racquetball player.
