Bio

In his early career, Brian spent 18 years with KPMG in various consulting and corporate finance roles. He now has over 20 years of experience in mid-market corporate finance transactions. During this time, Brian has completed over 50 transactions, including business sales, acquisitions, MBO, MBI and fundraising, with most of these deals being between £1m and £50m in value. He has worked on multiple transactions in most sectors and has experience in leading deals in software, the legal sector, telecoms & IT, building services, manufacturing, and industrial services. His experience includes working with clients on multiple acquisitions as part of their buy & build strategy. Brian has also completed valuations for a wide range of businesses and has appeared in court as an expert witness. For 6 years as a Non-Executive Director of a Venture Capital firm, he is currently a Governor and Chair of Finance at Liverpool John Moores University.
