Jurriaan has more than 12 years of experience in finance and investments, restructuring and managing complexity, and is currently located in Hamburg, Germany. Before joining OCP, he was the managing director at Terra Drone Europe, a tech start-up. Starting as the CFO, Jurriaan was appointed by the PE investor as to restructure and adapt the organization to its dynamic and challenging environment, which has since grown to the largest and most innovative drone service provider in the world. Jurriaan executed two mergers and one acquisitions in this role and is still the senior consultant and co-owner of the company. Prior to that, he was a manager at PwC in Amsterdam, advising large multinationals in the Oil & Gas, FMCG and aviation industry. Jurriaan has been a frequent author and speaker related to finance, such as for the Financieele Dagblad (NL financial times). Jurriaan is known for his strong finance, strategy and restructuring leadership with an entrepreneurial spirit. He has a passion for disruptive strategies and technologies, as well as transforming organizations to adapt to changing environments.
