Bio

Alexis is a partner at Oaklins E. Canada. He brings more than 15 years of experience in advising investors, entrepreneurs and managers on capital allocation, financing, performance optimization and M&A transactions. He has executed a wide array of corporate and investment advisory assignments in the consulting, financial services, real estate and industrial sectors. He primarily caters for family-owned and owner-managed firms, but also has extensive experience with family offices as well as private equity and investment funds. Alexis started his career in the corporate finance advisory team at Apax Partners (now Altium Capital) and has since demonstrated a genuine passion for assisting entrepreneurs expand their ventures and investors improve their returns. He has worked in London, Madrid and Geneva (where he co-founded his own advisory firm), and is now Montreal-based. He has an MSc from the London School of Economics and an MBA from INSEAD.
