Jack Iacovone joined Needham & Company in 1995 and became President of Needham & Company in 2017. He has been Head of Investment banking since 2009 and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions since 2012. While at Needham, Jack has assisted emerging growth companies complete over 100 equity financings and advisory transactions totaling over $75 billion in value in a variety of industries. He has also sponsored over 25 principal investments made through the firm’s Private Equity Partnership, Needham Capital Partners, and has sat on the board of directors or been an observer to the board of directors of six companies. Jack previously worked within the financial services line of business at KPMG Peat Marwick LLP. He received a B.S. in Accounting from Pace University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. Jack is a member of the Metro New York Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization.
