Chris Smajdor joined Needham & Company in 2008. In his role as a Managing Director on the investment banking team, Chris works with both private and public Internet, Digital Media and Software companies, advising across a range of capital markets and M&A transactions. Areas of significant focus include growth equity financings, initial public offerings, public follow-on offerings and both sell-side and buy-side M&A. Prior to joining Needham & Company, Chris worked for AllianceBernstein, a global asset management firm.
