Mr. Molina Franquelo’s ample experience includes corporate finance advisory, capital markets and credit ratings advisory. He has contributed to buy and sell side assignments, debt advisory and restructuring, initial credit rating advisory and capital markets transactions. Over his 18 years in investment banking, he has worked in a wide variety of sectors including telecoms, retail, consumer, infrastructure and renewable energy and for a broad range of clients comprising both private equity funds and corporates such as Sonae, La Sirena, Cinven, Colegios Laude, Alantra (formerly N+1), Bridgepoint, Famosa, Telefónica, Doughty Hanson, Pechiney, Inbev, Enagas and Belgacom. Prior to joining Natixis Partners España, Mr. Molina Franquelo spent 5 years at Goldman Sachs International in London and 1 year at Atlas Capital (part of the Close Brothers Network). Mr. Molina Franquelo holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF).
