Jason Hill co-founded the telecom practice and leads the Telecom, Media and Technology group at MVP Capital. Jason also serves as a Managing Partner of MVP Capital. He has advised on well over 100 telecom deals, including M&A and capital raising transactions for fiber, tower, wireless, datacenter and landline communications companies and has worked with companies of all sizes and at all stages of their development. With over 20 years of investment banking experience, Jason often speaks at industry conferences. In 2019, Jason was named as one of TMT Finance’s Top 10 M&A Comm Dealmakers. Jason began his investment banking career at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he worked as an analyst in the Energy and Power group. Jason received his B.S. in Finance and Economics from Boston College.
