Bio

Luc has over 25 years of M&A experience and has consulted on mergers and acquisitions involving transactions of up to $20 billion. He leads M&A teams for corporate and private-equity clients. Luc has significant experience with public company and carve-out transactions. Prior to joining Moss Adams, Luc was at Roche (formerly Genentech) where he worked in business development finance. He also oversaw the oncology portfolio’s financial modeling and valuations and developed new financial metrics that are used in the prioritization of investment opportunities. Luc also assisted with the financial matters pertaining to in-licensing and out-licensing of molecules. Luc is often a speaker on panels discussing the latest trends in mergers and acquisitions, carve-out transactions and structuring, among other topics.
