Brendon leads the firm’s sell-side practice. He and his team have initiated and advised on over one hundred sales and recapitalizations of design and environmental firms. Brendon’s expertise lies in deal structuring, strategic business analysis, financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Previously, Brendon served in several executive leadership roles spanning across multiple industries including information services, technology, finance, compliance, and energy. Brendon is most passionate about working with his clients on complex business and financial problems as well as supporting their strategic growth and ownership transition initiatives.
