Birger Nahs is Founder and Managing Partner of MONTIS Corporate Finance GmbH, founded in 2018 and located in Frankfurt/Main, Germany. He has been active in the M&A advisory business since 2001 and was involved in more than 40 successfully completed sell-side, buy-side and financing transactions. His focus has been on the technology sector. In the course of his career, Birger has acted for companies from Europe, the USA and Asia and thus advised on numerous international transactions. Here you will find a selection of transactions Birger was involved in during his previous professional career. Following his studies at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel and James Madison University, Virginia, USA, he joined Corporate Finance Partners - an M&A advisory firm focused on technology transactions - in 2001. Prior to founding MONTIS, Birger worked for Acxit Capital Management.
