David Christopher is a Partner with Mirus Capital Advisors and brings over 28 years of experience in Investment Banking and Corporate Finance. Prior to joining Mirus, David worked at bulge bracket investment banking firms and was a CFO for various public and private technology companies both domestically and abroad. His banking experience includes working for JPMorgan in Chicago and Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette in New York. David has completed over $15 billion in M&A deals and has raised in excess of $46 billion in capital. His experience includes: high-yield and investment grade debt; IPOs; convertible debt; asset securitizations; syndicated finance; venture capital; venture debt; mergers and acquisitions; spin-offs, restructurings; commercial paper; project finance; currency and commodity hedging; and derivative products. His industry experience includes: semiconductors; biotechnology; telecom; software; education / e-learning; distribution; food and beverage; construction; chemicals; life science; waste disposal / recycling; heavy equipment; consumer products; specialty finance and financial sponsors.
