As a Vice President at Meridian Capital, Mack plays a key role in transaction execution and supports the firm’s business development initiatives. Prior to joining Meridian Capital, Mack was a senior associate on the Special Situations and Tactical Credit Opportunities team at Siguler Guff, a New York-based private equity firm, where he focused on privately structured debt and equity solutions, as well as tradeable securities. Previously, he worked as an investment banking associate in the Leveraged Finance Group at RBC Capital Markets in New York where he advised clients on a range of transactions, including leveraged buyouts, M&A, refinancings, and recapitalizations. Prior to that he was an investment banking analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at RBC. He began his career working in business development at PIMCO in Newport Beach. Mack received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Redlands. He holds his Series 7, Series 63, and Series 79 licenses with FINRA.
