Jeremy Hux is a Senior Managing Director, Co-Head of West Coast & Head of Sustainable and Energy Technologies at Marathon Capital. Mr. Hux has over 20 years of technology, energy, and sustainable technology investment banking and private equity experience. He has advised on over $85 billion of transactions throughout his career. He spent nine years at Credit Suisse, where he was Managing Director and Head of Credit Suisse’s Clean Technology Investment Banking practice, and eight years at Morgan Stanley, where he created and was head of the West Coast Clean Technology Banking group. Mr. Hux was also the founder and Managing Partner of HCP Advisors, an independent Technology and Clean Technology investment banking boutique, and a Partner at True North Venture Partners, a clean technology and sustainability-focused private equity and venture capital firm. Mr. Hux received a BA in Economics and History from Vanderbilt University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Mr. Hux holds his Series 7 and 63 licenses.
