Bio

Josh has over a decade of experience in M&A transactions. Prior to founding Lakeside Partners, Josh was most recently with BMO Capital Markets, where he led M&A transactions across a variety of industries and helped to establish BMO’s Industrial Distribution M&A practice. Before his role at BMO, Josh was at Harris Williams, a leading middle-market M&A firm where he also executed M&A transactions on behalf of private equity investors and business owners. Josh has also served in transaction- and finance-related roles at Sorenson Capital Partners and Moss Adams LLP. Josh is a graduate of Brigham Young University (BS) and Duke University (MBA). He and his wife are parents of four kids and reside in Issaquah. Josh enjoys boating, snowboarding, cycling, and following his favorite sports teams.
