Mr. Rosenberg has 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, and has served as Co-President and Chief Executive Officer of Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. since January 2012. Prior to his current role, David was the Co-Chief Operating Officer of Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. from 2007-2011. From 2002 through 2006, he served as the CEO and Co-Founder of BroadWall Capital LLC. Certain assets of BroadWall Capital were sold to Ladenburg Thalmann in 2006. Prior to BroadWall, Mr. Rosenberg was a Managing Director at Ladenburg Thalmann and GBI Capital, a predecessor to Ladenburg. Mr. Rosenberg received his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
