Mr. Albright is a Managing Director at KippsDeSanto & Co., with a broad base of experience providing transaction advisory services in the defense, government, and technology services market. Prior to joining KippsDeSanto & Co., Mr. Albright was previously a Vice President at Sagent Advisors, Inc., an independent, privately-owned investment bank, where he was primarily focused on providing financial advisory and capital raising solutions for clients operating in the defense technology and government services sectors. Prior to joining Sagent Advisors, Inc., Mr. Albright was an Associate in the Defense, Aerospace and Technology Services Investment Banking Group at Wells Fargo Securities (formerly Wachovia Securities) where he worked on M&A, equity, and debt capital markets transactions. Previously, he was an Associate with Cary Street Partners LLC, a Richmond, VA-based boutique investment banking firm focused on M&A and capital raising transactions for emerging growth and middle market companies. Mr. Albright began his career as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Group at Wachovia Securities (formerly First Union Securities) where he worked in the Communications & Technology and Leveraged Finance Groups. Mr. Albright is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College where he received a BA in Applied Mathematics and Economics with a concentration in Math. He is registered with FINRA as a General Securities Registered Representative (Series 7 and 63).
