Grant has over 30 years of international experience, predominantly in financial services, spanning Canada, the UK and Australia. Grant heads Operations at Kingsdale and is closely involved in all aspects of our proxy, corporate actions, and shareholder outreach services. Previously, Grant held senior roles with CIBC, Union Bank of Switzerland and Salomon Brothers. His roles have encompassed operations, acquisitions, business management and audit. Grant started his career in public accounting and is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Technology in Sydney. Grant has a track record in leading operational improvement initiatives and is focused on providing our clients with best-in-class service.
