Before founding Kerburn Rose in 1990 he was national head of corporate finance for Moores Rowland Chartered Accountants. In addition to leading Kerburn Rose Charles has acted as part time finance director for two AIM companies, part time corporate finance director for a fully quoted company and a non executive director of a successful NHS Trust. Charles's advice has resulted in over 20 companies shares being traded on a regulated stock market and his acquisition services has started some very small public companies on their acquisition journey each with a share price and market capitalisation of many times their original amount.
