Mr. Bagdasarian is the Chief Executive Officer and a co-founder and Managing Director of Intrepid Investment Bankers LLC. Prior to co-founding Intrepid Investment Bankers LLC, Mr. Bagdasarian was one of the principal partners who built Barrington Associates, a specialty investment bank, into one of the most respected middle market M&A advisory firms in the United States. Mr. Bagdasarian joined Barrington Associates in 1989. In 2006, Wells Fargo Securities LLC acquired Barrington Associates to serve as the M&A advisory platform of the bank. Prior to joining Barrington, Mr. Bagdasarian was Vice President of First Global Securities, Inc., a regional investment banking firm. He is a General Securities Principal and a Financial Principal licensed with FINRA. Mr. Bagdasarian is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, and he is the founder of the YPO-WPO Deal Network. Mr. Bagdasarian speaks regularly on M&A topics to industry and professional groups and has published articles on related topics. Mr. Bagdasarian received a B.A. degree in Business/Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles.
