Bio

Nick joined Integris Partners in 2018. He is responsible for market, industry and company research, transaction analysis and execution, and the development of presentation materials. Prior to joining Integris, Nick worked as a Manager in KPMG’s Transaction Services group, providing financial due diligence services to Private Equity and Strategic acquirers across a variety of industries. Prior to KPMG, Nick had significant experience in the oil and gas industry as a Senior Analyst focused on financial and accounting due diligence at a highly acquisitive midstream oil and gas company, and as a Senior in Deloitte’s Audit practice, leading the audit of a public midstream oil and gas company. Nick attended the University of Northern Colorado where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. He holds an active CPA license as well as a Series 79.
