Todd Wiench joined Imperial Capital in 2007 and serves as a Managing Director, General Counsel. Prior to joining Imperial Capital, Mr. Wiench spent eight years in the Washington, D.C. office of WilmerHale as a regulatory attorney where he advised and represented broker-dealers, investment advisers, banks, hedge funds and other financial institutions. Mr. Wiench earned a B.A. from Marquette University, a J.D. from Drake University Law School and an L.L.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Wiench is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and the State of Illinois, and is a Registered In-House Counsel in the State of California.
