Richard Genovese is a Vice President and Controller in Accounting based out of Imperial Capital’s Los Angeles office. Mr. Genovese was most recently a Senior Vice President and Controller at UNX LLC. Prior to UNX, he was the Vice President of Regulatory Reporting at Countrywide Securities Corporation. Mr. Genovese spent a significant part of his professional career as a Controller at MarketAxess Holdings Inc. in New York, and at Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. in the New York and Los Angeles offices. Mr. Genovese earned a B.S. from the University of Illinois and a M.S. in Accounting from Roosevelt University.
