Bio

Prior to joining IMAS in 2020, Aleksey was a Vice-President at Hines Associates where he advised financial institutions on M&A, capital raising transactions and general corporate strategy. His particular expertise lies in the Investment sector having worked with clients in wealth and asset management, stockbroking and pension consulting. His other experience includes working in the Financial Advisory Services Group at Houlihan Lokey and German law firm Beiten Burkhardt. Aleksey holds an LLM from the University of Warwick, an MBA from London Business School and is a qualified lawyer.
