Charles heads up the Corporate Finance team in the South East. Prior to helping to establish HWCF Charles was the Director in charge of Deloitte’s South Coast Corporate Finance practice. Charles has completed a wide range of disposals, capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts and buy ins where he has led owner managers, local authorities and corporates through the initial marketing, negotiation, agreement of terms and completion.
