Bio

Bertalan founded Heal Partners Ltd. in 2009 and he is co-owner and managing director of the firm. Bertalan is responsible for our pharmaceutical/healthcare industry business develeopment and project execution. Bertalan led or managed many transaction advisory, corporate valuation, financial modeling and strategic consulting projects gaining broad experience in client management and advisory services. Previously, he spent six years in the Financial Advisory Services division of Deloitte Central Europe, of which during his last three years he led the the firm's regional pharmaceutical/healthcare financial advisory team, which involved advising clients across the CEE region. Earlier, Bertalan has worked for HSBC Investment Bank in London for two years, as part of the bank’s CEE corporate finance advisory team. Also, he spent four years at CA IB Securities (formerly Creditanstalt Securities) in Budapest as part of the bank’s corporate finance advisory team. Prior to that, he worked for the Budapest office of KPMG Budapest as an audit assistant. Bertalan is an economist. He graduated from the International Business School in Budapest and passed ACCA (Chartered Association of Certified Accountants) exams.
