Bio

Mr. Hardin is a Managing Director and Partner of HamptonRock. He maintains over fifteen years of middle-market mergers and acquisitions and financial advisory experience across a wide array of industries. Prior to HamptonRock, Mr. Hardin was a Director with Houlihan Lokey, a global investment bank with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, financial restructuring, and valuation, where he was responsible for originating, structuring and executing transactions. Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Hardin was part of the corporate finance group at Wachovia Securities. Before that, he was part of the investment banking division in Merrill Lynch’s New York office. Earlier, he was an Associate in the operations group at Maverick Capital and a Senior Associate in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ business assurance division. Mr. Hardin graduated magna cum laude from Texas Tech University with a B.B.A. and an M.S. in Accounting, and he holds an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. He holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst and is a Certified Public Accountant.
