Hugh Levey co-founded Gruppo, Levey & Co. in 1992, after over a decade of working and investing in several growth businesses within GLC’s core area of expertise. For more than 30 years, Hugh has been an investor, principal and strategic advisor in various industries, including publishing and direct marketing. He has been involved in structuring and negotiating hundreds of transactions, including private placements of equity, leveraged recapitalizations, management buyouts, financial restructurings and debt financings. Hugh received a B.A. in English from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.
