Bio

Mr. Donovan joined Greenhill in 2021. He principally advises clients on Direct Equity and Primary Fund Placement. Prior to joining Greenhill, Tom led the North American practice for Mercury Capital Advisors and previously was a senior member of the Lazard Private Capital Advisory business, where he was responsible for raising institutional capital as well as leading new business origination. Prior to that, he worked in Placement Advisory with Credit Suisse in New York. Tom holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
