With Gobbi & Associati since 2009, she has participated in numerous M&A transactions both domestic and cross-border in various sectors including food & beverage, collective catering, the services sector, automotive, banking, plastics, real estate and industrial machinery. In charge of research activities, market analysis and marketing, over the years she has consolidated her experience in project development, from the analysis and processing of key documentation for negotiations to the organisation and coordination of due diligence activities. She also provides operational support for the contracting phase and for defining all the formalities necessary for the successful completion of the transactions.
