Gilbert Dychiao is a Director of Freeman & Co. Mr. Dychiao joined Freeman & Co in 2012 and focuses on the traditional and alternative asset management, specialty finance, investment banking and brokerage sectors. Mr. Dychiao has 15 years of industry experience, including over nine years at Credit Suisse Investment Banking where he was most recently a Director in their Global Financial Institutions practice. Prior to Credit Suisse, Gilbert worked at HSBC for over four years in a variety of roles within the bank’s treasury, capital markets, corporate banking and retail banking divisions. Mr. Dychiao has completed over 35 strategic and financing transactions and corporate finance projects for financial services companies. These transactions include M&A advisory, strategic advisory, private placements, fairness opinions, debt financing, equity and convertible financing. Mr Dychiao received his M.B.A. with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Management in Northwestern University and a B.S. in Management Engineering, Magna Cum Laude, from the Ateneo de Manila University.
