Ralf joined EC M&A’s Frankfurt office in 2021 focusing on deal origination and execution and managing relationships with corporate clients and financial sponsors in the German speaking region and across Europe. Having previously worked for Metzler, Commerzbank, goetzpartners, Merrill Lynch, Dresdner Kleinwort and Sal. Oppenheim, he has 20 years‘ experience advising on mid-to-large cap M&A transactions and capital raisings in a variety industries and specifically in the Industrials sector. Ralf holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom, and the University of Applied Science Muenster, Germany.
