Bio

David is focused on the life sciences sector, which he has covered as an investment banker and equity research analyst for more than 25 years. Prior to EC M&A, he ran the life science tools, biomanufacturing, and diagnostics investment banking effort at Janney Montgomery Scott, advising clients on equity financing and M&A. Before Janney, David was a senior banker for healthcare at Natixis, focused on corporate and sponsor acquisition activity in the US, Europe, and Asia. He began his career as an equity research analyst covering medical devices, diagnostics, and life science tools at Schroders and Morgan Stanley. David holds an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
