Bio

Luciano Di Fazio was born in 1963. He holds a degree in electronics engineering with management economics from the Politecnico di Milano, and gained considerable experience in management consulting first as a senior project leader at the French firm Bossard Consultants, and later as an engagement manager at McKinsey. Luciano was a co-founder of Gandalf, an airline which he left in 2001 (after its listing on the Milan stock exchange) to take up new positions as managing director of the long-haul air carrier Lauda Air and the airline Livingston. He has extensive experience in IPO and private equity transactions and has served on the board of numerous companies, some of them listed on regulated stock exchanges. He joined EMINTAD ITALY as a partner in 2007 and, since his appointment, has gained considerable experience in the many equity & debt, capital markets and private equity operations.
