Bio

Gianluca Cedro was born in 1964. He holds a degree in chemical engineering from Politecnico di Milano, and an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Milan. After a spell as marketing manager with the Recordati pharmaceuticals group, Gianluca gained valuable experience in management consulting at the French multinational Bossard Consultants, where he served as senior project manager. He later founded TQL, a company specializing in market research, where he served as chairman until 2001. From 2002 until 2007 he was managing director of the long-haul air carrier Lauda Air and the airline Livingston. He joined EMINTAD ITALY as a partner in 2007, and, since his appointment, has gained considerable experience in the many Equity & Debt, Capital Markets and Private Equity operations overseen by our Group, as well as numerous debt restructuring projects.
