Vicki Fox has a successful 20+ year track record of M&A transaction experience. Her many tombstones and client testimonials showcase a variety of complex and challenging transactions, completed in both a sale and acquisition advisory capacity. Prior to forming Eisen Fox in 2010, she was a Managing Director with a middle-market, boutique investment bank, where she provided M&A advisory services to corporate and private equity clients for 8 years. Vicki started her investment banking career in 1992 at a boutique M&A firm, where she provided M&A advisory services for 10 years.
