After initial experience in strategic consultancy at Andersen Consulting and in the JP Morgan Italian M&A team in Milan, Simone joined Schroders in the Investment Banking division in London in 1998. He then moved to Citi in 2000 where he spent three years as Vice President within the M&A European Team in London. In 2003, jointly with some Citi colleagues, Simone founded Eidos Partners srl in Milan where he developed the corporate finance and financial restructuring departments, advising on significant transactions such as the Valentino Fashion Group buy-out by Permira and the financial restructuring of Parmalat. In 2009 he was appointed Board Member of Pedemontana Lombarda and in 2009 Board Member of TEM (Tangenziale Esterna di Milano).Simone has a Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano.
