After a short period of time teaching at SDA Bocconi University, Arnaldo began working in RAS Group as an asset manager. In 1989 Arnaldo founded with other entrepreneurs Banca Profilo where he was appointed CEO and Vice-President. During his experience in Banca Profilo he also developed the capital markets division. In 1999 the bank was listed and in 2003 he founded Profilo Merchant and was appointed President. In those years Arnaldo was in charge of all private equity investments completed through the Spinnaker funds and contributed to the success of many transactions including the acquisition of Eurofly.Arnaldo has a degree in Economics from the University L. Bocconi in Milan.
