As Vice President, his focus is on identifying potential buyers/financing sources, financial modeling, facilitating due diligence, preparing offering memoranda and process management. Prior to joining the firm, Rob spent more than five years in the New York and London offices of Houlihan Lokey, a publicly traded middle market investment bank. In this role, he was integral in supporting a variety of transactions, focusing primarily on cross-border private company acquisitions and corporate divestitures in the Consumer sector. Earlier in his career, Rob was a financial advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors. He was also a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army with more than twelve years of service, seven of which were on active-duty. During this time, Rob was a member of the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) at Fort Campbell, Kentucky and completed two tours of duty in Iraq.
