Bio

David Quigley has over 40 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience. Before forming DWQ Associates, Ltd. in 1982, Mr. Quigley began his career with FleetBoston Financial Corporation (now Bank of America Corporation), serving as Senior Vice President with responsibilities for corporate lending, and later joined AMTEL, Inc. (NYSE conglomerate) where his responsibilities included mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Mr. Quigley has served on the Board of Directors of several private companies and not-for-profit organizations. He has served as an expert witness and lectured on mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate valuations. Mr. Quigley is a graduate of Brown University.
